Welcome to "Cultivator" (hereinafter "the Game"). Please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") carefully before using the Game. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of these Terms.
1. License Scope
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Game on supported devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, or attempt to obtain its source code.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.

3. Virtual Goods and Payments (IAP)
The Game offers purchases of virtual currency or virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Goods").
- Nature of rights: Virtual Goods you purchase grant only a right of use within the game, not ownership.
- Transactions: All payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms.
- No refunds: Except as required by law, all purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable.
- Trading prohibited: Trading Virtual Goods privately outside the game is strictly prohibited.
4. User Code of Conduct
When using the Game, you agree not to engage in the following conduct:
- Cheating with cheats, automation programs, or other unauthorized assistive tools.
- Exploiting game bugs for gain.
- Posting illegal, obscene, insulting, or hateful content.
- Interfering with game servers or other players' normal gameplay experience.
If you violate the above rules, we reserve the right to take measures such as warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account deletion.
5. Advertising
The Game may contain third-party ads (such as AdMob). You agree that we may display advertising content to you in the game.
6. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game service at any time. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by service adjustments, but we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
